WingIt Booking Policy

1. Booking Procedure

1.1 Submission of Booking Request:
Customers are required to submit booking requests through the WingIt mobile application or website, providing accurate and complete details, including passenger names, flight dates, and destinations.

1.2 Booking Confirmation:
WingIt will confirm availability and provide preliminary confirmation upon receiving a booking request. Final confirmation is contingent upon receiving the required deposit and acceptance by the charter provider.

1.3 Changes to Booking:
Any changes to the booking details (such as dates, times, or passenger information) must be communicated to WingIt as soon as possible. Changes may be subject to availability and additional charges.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Final Payment:
The remaining balance must be paid upon receipt of the official contract from the charter provider. If the final payment is not made within the specified time frame, the booking may be canceled, and the deposit forfeited.

2.2 Payment Methods:
WingIt accepts various payment methods, including credit cards, bank transfers, and other secure payment options as specified during the booking process.

2.3 Currency and Fees:
All payments must be made in $USD, and customers are responsible for any additional fees, including bank charges, currency conversion fees, or taxes.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
Cancellations made more than 3 days prior to the scheduled departure will result in a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled departure will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

3.2 Provider-Initiated Cancellations:
If the flight is canceled by the charter provider or WingIt, the customer will receive a full refund of all payments made, including transaction fee's.

3.3 No-Show Policy:
If a customer fails to appear for the scheduled flight without prior cancellation, the full amount of the booking will be forfeited.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

4.1 Identification and Documentation:
Customers must ensure that all passengers have valid identification and any required travel documents, such as passports or visas.

4.2 Compliance:
Passengers must adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and instructions provided by the flight crew and WingIt staff.

4.3 Liability for Damages:
Customers will be held responsible for any damage caused to the aircraft by themselves or their passengers and agree to cover all related costs.

5. Travel Insurance

5.1 Recommendation for Insurance:
WingIt strongly recommends that customers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including cancellations, medical emergencies, and other potential travel disruptions.

5.2 Liability:
WingIt is not responsible for any losses incurred due to lack of insurance or insufficient coverage.

6. Special Requests and Accommodations

6.1 Special Assistance:
Customers requiring special assistance or accommodations (e.g., for disabilities, dietary needs) should inform WingIt at the time of booking. While WingIt will strive to accommodate all requests, availability may vary.

6.2 Additional Services:
Any additional services requested by the customer, such as in-flight catering or ground transportation, may incur extra charges and must be arranged in advance.

7. Baggage Policy

7.1 Baggage Allowance:
The baggage allowance per passenger will be specified during the booking process. Any excess baggage may be subject to additional charges or restrictions.

7.2 Prohibited Items:
Passengers are prohibited from carrying items that are restricted by law or airline regulations, including hazardous materials, weapons, and illegal substances.

8. Liability and Indemnification

8.1 Limited Liability:
WingIt acts solely as a booking facilitator and is not liable for any actions or omissions of the charter provider.

8.2 Indemnification:
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless WingIt, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of the charter services.

9. Force Majeure

9.1 Unforeseeable Events:
WingIt will not be liable for delays, cancellations, or other issues caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, weather conditions, acts of terrorism, or governmental actions.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

10.1 Data Collection and Use:
WingIt collects personal information necessary for booking and facilitating travel arrangements. This information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10.2 Data Security:
WingIt is committed to protecting the personal information of its customers and uses secure systems to prevent unauthorized access.

11. Amendments to Booking Policy

11.1 Policy Changes:
WingIt reserves the right to amend this Booking Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers and will apply to new bookings only.

12. Governing Law

12.1 Jurisdiction:
This Booking Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Mediation and Arbitration:
Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Booking Policy or the services provided shall be resolved through mediation, and if mediation fails, through binding arbitration in Jacksonville, Florida, USA.

14. Entire Agreement

14.1 Comprehensive Agreement:
This Booking Policy, along with any terms and conditions specified during the booking process, constitutes the entire agreement between WingIt and the customer regarding the booking of services.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Booking Policy.
